Many of us are transfers from other divisions, and we aren't familiar with who everyone is. And of course, we have a bunch of new slew of recruits! This stickie is a way for us facilitate getting to know each other so that we can do it quickly, rather than the usual way of piecing it together from tiny snippets of conversation in vent.
If you have a desire for privacy, feel free to be vague or skip categories if you don't want to disclose certain information. We don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. This thread is about making people more comfortable here and in Teamspeak. We want you to pitch in whatever info you can so we can get to know one another and be comfortable hanging out with each other and not just be screen names and dislocated voices on Teamspeak.

I started programming Basic at ago 7 (mostly copying from books) and ran my own BBS system in the 90's before Prodigy and AOL took over. I kept up with computers and technology ever since and made a career out of it. Went back and finally got my CompSci degree to prove it, since I apparently needed the paper. (Not as true anymore about needing the papaer, skill is skill)
