Mike is right that sympathy is not my strong suit but the name comes from the Kingdom Hearts video games. The lack of sympathy comes from using the Internet...
For the record I am the real Heartlessgamer; don't let the imposters confuse you! As proof; a simple google search should find my blog under a domain name matching my handle and 17ish years of bad takes on video game opinions. All these imposters on the tubes and streaming platforms (but they'll never get the domain name! ha!).
